SCHEDULE: I see clients via a secure Zoom video platform, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
FEES: Payment is due at the end of the month. You will receive and invoice and link to pay from my biller. I accept payment in cash, check, or Visa.
50-minute Individual Session: $175
CANCELLATIONS: To avoid being charged $100 for a missed session, please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment. Feel free to notify me by text, email, or phone.
INSURANCE: I am a provider for:
- Premera
- Group Health Access PPO/Options PPO
- I can provide you with a statement to submit to other insurance companies for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
